Voor het Eén-programma 'Tomtesterom' zal Waes deelnemen aan de loopwedstrijd 'Marathon des Sables' in het Noord-Afrikaanse land. In totaal zal hij op 7 dagen tijd 252 kilometer moeten lopen.
Ook 15 andere Belgen zullen aan de wedstrijd deelnemen.
Tom Waes bereidt zich voor op 6 marathons
