Robert De Niro is na één week filmen opgestapt op de set van Edge of Darkness. Volgens zijn agent wil De Niro niet meer meespelen in de film omwille van ‘creatieve meningsverschillen’.
De Niro zou in de film van regisseur Martin Campbell naast Mel Gibson spelen. De producers willen in afwachting van een vervanger voortgaan met scènes waarin De Niro niet nodig is. (RV)
