Wozniacki wilde net de match uitserveren toen ze een gsm hoorde rinkelen. Even werd het stil, tot de Française doorhad dat het wel degelijk haar telefoon was.
Zowel het publiek als Wozniacki kon er hartelijk om lachen. De Deense won de partij uiteindelijk met 6-4 en 6-4.
