De 26-jarige vrouw wil op de Olympische Spelen in Londen in 2012 een medaille veroveren op de 400 meter horden.
"Die grotere borsten waren geweldig, maar ik ben nu rijp genoeg om tevreden te zijn met mijn lichaam als ik in de spiegel kijk", aldus Pittman in het Australische magazine Woman's Day.
De borstvergroting kostte Jana Pittman-Rawlinson 13.000 dollar.
