Teammanager Jean-René Bernaudeau heeft dan toch nog een nieuwe sponsor voor Bbox Bouygues Telecom gevonden. Het autoverhuurbedrijf Europcar zal zijn intrede maken in het peloton. De kopman van de ploeg, Thomas Voeckler (foto), stond op het punt om te tekenen bij Cofidis, maar blijft nu toch trouw aan zijn huidige ploeg.
Europcar had immers als eis dat Voeckler bij de ploeg zou blijven.
