Novak Djokovic speelt volgend jaar opnieuw Davis Cup. Dat is slecht nieuws voor België, dat begin februari 2013 Servië treft in de eerste ronde van de Wereldgroep.
Djokovic, het nummer 1 van de wereld, maakte het nieuws zelf bekend op zijn website. Na een jaar onderbreking stelt hij zich opnieuw beschikbaar voor de landencompetitie.
België en Servië spelen van 1 tot 3 februari tegen elkaar in de Spiroudôme van Charleroi.
