Glen De Boeck (39) is nog steeds in beeld bij het Nederlandse VVV-Venlo in de Eredivisie. In de winterstop had de ex-coach van Germinal Beerschot al contact met VVV.
"Ik weet wel dat ik één van de kandidaten ben", heeft De Boeck laten weten aan het AD.
De Boeck concurreert vooral met Erik ten Hag, assistent-trainer bij PSV, om interim-coach Wil Boessen op te volgen bij VVV.
De naam van De Boeck is ook al gevallen bij AA Gent, maar daar zou Trond Sollied in pole position zitten.
