Bayern München en Malaga hebben zich als laatsten gekwalificeerd voor de kwartfinales in de Champions League. Bayern verloor in eigen huis met 0-2 tegen Arsenal, maar door de 1-3 uit de heenwedstrijd gaan de Duitsers toch door. Malaga haalde het in Andalusië met 2-0 tegen Porto. Steven Defour pakte net na de rust een rode kaart.
