De kans bestaat dat de Manschaft vanavond in de EK-finale tegen Spanje de arena betreedt zonder haar aanvoerder Michael Ballack. De kapitein moest vrijdag de training staken omwille van pijn in de rechterkuit. Hij werd onmiddellijk naar het hotel gebracht voor verzorging.
Pas kort voor de aftrap zal besist worden of Ballack meespeelt. De finale start om 20u45 in het Ernst Happel-stadion in Wenen. (TV)
