Jurgen Van Goolen heeft een contract voor één jaar getekend bij Team Veranda's Willems-Accent. Dat is dinsdag bekendgemaakt op de voorstelling van de wielerploeg in Gent.
De 30-jarige Van Goolen zat zonder ploeg nadat zijn contract bij Omega Pharma-Lotto eind 2010 niet werd verlengd.
De Leuvenaar, prof sinds 2002, reed onder meer al voor Quick Step, Discovery Channel, CSC en Saxo Bank.
