De Italiaanse wielerformatie Liquigas telt in 2012 een selectie van 29 renners, onder wie zes aanwinsten. Dat maakte het team woensdag bekend.
De zes nieuwkomers zijn de Italianen Federico Canuti en Daniele Ratto, de Italiaanse neoprofs Stefano Agostini en Moreno Moser en de Colombianen Jose Sarmiento en Carlos Alberto Betancur.
Speerpunten in het team blijven de Italiaanse klassementsrijders Ivan Basso en Vincenzo Nibali en de Slovaakse veelwinnaar Peter Sagan.
