De Duitser Marcel Kittel (Argos-Shimano) heeft de wielerronde van Picardië op zijn naam geschreven.
Kittel was zondag in een massaspurt de beste in de derde en laatste rit, van Nanteuil-le-Haudouin naar Soissons (171 km). De Duitser had vrijdag ook de openingsetappe gewonnen.
Kittel nam op de slotdag de leiderstrui over van de Fransman Bryan Coquard (Team Europcar), die zaterdag rit 2 had gewonnen.
