Match City-Sunderland afgelast door noodweer

De Premier League-wedstrijd tussen Manchester City en Sunderland van woensdagavond is afgelast door het felle stormweer.

"Zorg dat je veilig thuis geraakt en wees voorzichtig, het weer is verschrikkelijk", tweette City-kapitein Vincent Kompany.

Zijn echtgenote Carla zat ook in het stormweer. "Het was de meest angstaanjagende rit in m'n leven", klonk het op haar Twitter.
