Mexico werd afgelopen weekend in de achtste finales van het WK verslagen door Argentinië met 3-1.
Aguirre neemt naar eigen zeggen alle schuld op zich. "Alles wat ik deed, was in het belang van Mexico", aldus de man, "Maar de toekomst is nu in de handen van de jonge spelers".
