De Serviër Novak Djokovic (ATP 2) heeft zondag voor de tweede keer in zijn carrière het Masters 1000-toernooi van Parijs-Bercy (hard/2.646.495 euro) op zijn naam geschreven.
In de finale was Djokovic in twee sets (twee keer 7-5) te sterk voor het Spaanse tweede reekshoofd David Ferrer (ATP 3), titelverdediger in de Franse hoofdstad. Eerder won Novak Djokovic het toernooi al in 2009. Voor de Serviër was het de zestiende toernooizege in zijn carrière.
