Marvin Ogunjimi heeft een kleine spierscheur in de linker hamstring opgelopen. De spits zal 10 tot 14 dagen out zijn. Dat maakte zijn club Racing Genk woensdag bekend.
Ogunjimi kwetste zich dinsdag op training bij de Rode Duivels, die zich in Woluwe voorbereidden op de interland van woensdagavond in Slovenië.
Het is voorlopig afwachten of de aanvaller fit raakt voor de barrageduels voor de Champions League tegen Maccabi Haifa, op 17 en 23 augustus.
