Tweevoudig MVP Nash (38, foto 1) verlaat Phoenix na acht jaar en gaat vanaf volgend seizoen voor de Los Angeles Lakers spelen. Kidd (39, foto 2) trekt van Dallas naar de New York Knicks.
Ook routinier Jason Terry (34, foto 2) verlaat Dallas. Zijn contract liep op 30 juni af en hij zou voor drie jaar getekend hebben bij recordkampioen Boston Celtics.
