Funchal is een club uit de middenmoot. Sapina was transfervrij na de schrapping van Moeskroen.
Twee andere gewezen Moeskroen-spelers, Jonathan Walasiak en Chemcedine El Araichi wisten wel een akkoord te bereiken met Györi Eto FC.
