Darcis (ATP 139) had in zijn eerste ronde drie sets nodig om de Duitser Jan-Lennard Struff (ATP 482) opzij te zetten: 6-1, 3-6 en 6-3.
In de volgende ronde neemt hij het op tegen de Marcel Felder (ATP 287) uit Uruguay, die de Kroaat Roko Karanusic (ATP 311) klopte in twee sets.
