Standard-speler Tom De Mul blijft sukkelen met zijn adductoren. De man moet daarom een operatie ondergaan. Hierdoor zal hij wellicht tot de winterstop buiten strijd blijven.
De Mul zal in Maagdenburg, in Duitsland, geopereerd worden. Daarna zal hij bij Standard revalideren.
