Er stonden slechts drie Polen aan de start, maar de broers Szczepaniak en Konwa slaagden erin om de wedstrijd te domineren.
Halverwege de wedstrijd reed Tom Meeusen als vijfde. Even had hij brons in vizier maar hij moest de Fransman Jouffroy voor laten. Meeusen kon Konwa wel voorbij.
Pawel Szczepaniak werd eerste, zijn 19-jarige broer Kacper moest genoegen nemen met de tweede plaats.
