Door de bosbrand kan het peloton niet over de Col de Carrazedo, een klim van de eerste categorie. De zevende rit, die zo'n 168 kilometer lang is, zal hierdoor een stuk ingekort worden.
De renners zullen wel aankomen boven op de Alto Da Torra (buiten categorie).
