33 procent van alle bestuurders gebruikt de gsm tijdens het rijden. Daarmee halen ze zich de woede van 90 procent van de weggebruikers op de hals. Dat blijkt uit de resultaten van het "Afleidingen bij het rijden"-onderzoek dat het BIVV en Staatsscretaris voor Mobiliteit Melchior Wathelet (cdH) woensdag voorstelden.
