Alfa Romeo levert al zes jaar de safety car voor het Superbike World Championship. Om dat feit eens extra in de verf te zetten brengen ze een SBK special edition uit van de MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde van slechts 200 exemplaren. Onder de kap dezelfde 1.4 MultiAir TBi met 170 pk.
