De Nissan Leaf werd onlangs verkozen als Auto van het jaar. Hij is de eerste elektrische auto die deze titel wint en versloeg hierbij nipt de Alfa Romeo Giuletta en de Opel Mervia. Reden genoeg voor de jongens van Fifth Gear om op pad te gaan met de Leaf en uit te zoeken wat hem zo speciaal maakt.
