In October 2012 was ons Belgisch leger op zoek naar een nieuw dienstvoertuig. Wel, eigenlijk 132 stuks! Na een stevige Belgisch-Koreaanse onderhandeling is er een akkoord. Vanaf heden rijden er 132 Sportage's rond met Defensie-nummerplaatjes!
