De Europese Commissie heeft vandaag een voorstel ingediend om het automatisch noodoproepsysteem vanaf 2015 verplicht te maken in nieuwe auto's. De Commissie ijvert al jaren voor het systeem maar de constructeurs werken niet echt mee.
