Het was bang afwachten voor de medewerkers van de Genkse productievestiging van Ford. Via Amerikaanse media werd bekend dat er in de Europese vestigingen gerommeld ging worden met de productie. Vandaag kwam de verlossende informatie dat de Ford Mondeo opnieuw in Genk van de band mag rollen.
