Fransman Franc Leclerf beleefde zojuist de schrik van zijn leven. Toen hij in het noord-Franse Abbeville vertrok om zijn wekelijkse boodschappen te gaan doen had hij niet verwacht dat hij uiteindelijk in België zou uitkomen tegen 200 km/u.
