Renault chief operating officer Carlos Tavares heeft bekend gemaakt dat de Gordini merknaam gaat terugkeren. Hij zal gebruikt worden voor Renault's ultieme circuit-gerichte wagens, een stap verder dus dan de RenaultSport naam.
