Afgelopen maandag werd het Regeerakkoord 2012 gepubliceerd. Eén zin daarin zette de Nederlandse klassiekerwereld op zijn kop: "De vrijstelling in de motorrijtuigenbelasting voor oldtimers wordt vanuit milieu-overwegingen afgeschaft."
