Vier jaar geleden, in 2009 (jezus, wat gaat de tijd snel), maakte Toyota officieel bekend een waterstofauto te ontwikkelen. In 2011 stelde de Japanners een eerste concept voor (foto). Alles lijkt erop dat ze nu bijna klaar zijn met het productiemodel.
