Toyota en hybride staan onlosmakelijke met elkaar verbonden sinds de Prius in 1997 het levenslicht zag. Veel is echter niet genoeg. Want Toyota Motor Corporation (huisvader van Toyota en Lexus) plant nog zo'n 18 nieuwe modellen bovenop de 20 die er nu al te koop zijn.
