486.065 nieuwe wagens werden er in 2013 ingeschreven. Dat is zowat even goed (-0,14 procent, of 672 wagens minder) als in 2012. Dat komt ondermeer door de goede verkoop van december 2013, waarin met 25.081 inschrijvingen 12 procent meer werd ingeschreven dan dezelfde periode vorig jaar.
